NEW Limited Edition Luxury Necklace is handmade gold vermeil beaded necklace with a unique agate crystal stone pendant. The sterling silver beaded chain is coated with 1 micron plating 18k gold. This is a shorter style necklace. It looks stunning on its own or when worn with other long line necklaces. Whilst each piece is unique, colour intensities and shapes vary, you can be sure that each necklace is a treasure to have and behold.

Please keep your jewellery away from chemicals. Chemicals can damage or discolour precious metals and may harm some coloured gems. Even everyday substances like hairspray, body lotion, perfume or other cosmetics can contain chemicals that will permanently damage the surface of delicate or porous gems (like turquoise). Jewellery should be removed before using chlorinated swimming pools or before using household cleaners. Many of these cleaners contain ammonia, which can be too harsh for delicate gems and jewellery. Chlorine bleach and other common household solvents and cleaners can also damage gold alloys.
Many gemstones are routinely treated to improve the appearance of colour and clarity. These treatments can be negatively affected by heat, solvents, steam and ultrasonic cleaners. Gemstones that are susceptible to heat and temperature changes whether they are treated or not.
Gold and Rose Gold plating can wear off so we do not recommend to wear it continuously. Take your jewellery off before you exercise at the gym, style your hair with products, use cleansing toners on your face/body, hair removal creams, avoid spraying perfume directly on to your jewellery and semi-precious stones. It will rub off more quickly where there is constant contact with skin. A local goldsmith or jeweller will be able to re-plate it for you. We recommended Goddards silver cleaner.
Gemstones can also fade and will bleach under extreme exposure to light. Other gems can darken over time when exposed to too much light. Excessive heat and sudden temperature changes may also fracture some gems. Heat can easily remove the natural moisture these gems need to keep their beauty.
Shipping normally takes just a few days (see below) but timescales are not guaranteed and in exceptional situations shipping can be delayed by up to 30 days if, for example, you give us an incorrectly-formatted shipping address, or your local customs and excise authority has intervened. If shipping is delayed by more than 30 days we will cancel your order and refund your payment.

We accept your order once we despatch your goods and we aim to despatch your order by the next working day. We will track the parcel to the delivery address. If sent by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, a photo will be taken and GPS reading taken at the address which will be logged by Royal Mail. For Royal Mail Special Delivery they will get a signature at your shipping address for the delivery of your order, but this may not be the person named on the address label. If nobody is available to sign for your order we will leave a ‘Something for you’ card explaining that we attempted to make a delivery, inviting you to either collect your order from your local delivery office or arrange a redelivery within 18 calendar days.
If you change your mind about an item you’ve received, we offer 14 days for you to accept or return an item for a refund as long as you ensure the item remains in original condition with no smell of perfume or washing detergent and with all tags and labels attached, and you have returned the item at your own expense.
To help us process returns quickly please email us to notify us first of the item you are returning.
Please return the item promptly, as we will only accept an item if we receive it within 14 days.
You are responsible for any delay, loss or damage to the item before we receive it, so do carefully repack and clearly address the item.
Use your local postal service but do insure yourself against delay, loss or damage of the item while in transit, as we will only accept an item if it is in original perfect condition with all tags and labels attached.
Keep your proof of postage in case you need to claim for delay, loss or damage by your postal service while in transit.
If we accept the item you have returned, we will issue your refund to your payment card account within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your refund to reach your account.
